"Really tasty local Mexican spot . The sandwiches and tacos were packed with flavor, portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. The bread was soft, the meat was well seasoned, and the toppings all worked perfectly together. Staff was friendly and the service felt quick and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Definitely one of those small local restaurants that surprises you with how good the food actually is. Great place for lunch, quick dinner, or grabbing authentic comfort food without spending too much."

"My favorite spot to eat when I'm in San Jose. They have the best coffee, tamale de elote (chicken tamale are fire as well) and I get MI a concha (also some of the best conchas I've had!) I love this family always working hard and ready to cook you up a meal. My morning treat when I'm in SJ. Thank you all"
